“The depth and understanding of the FBA integration had me so excited that I ran to my boss to show him. It was one of the major reasons we gave Finale a try and Finale’s capabilities far exceeded what we originally thought it would be. My boss replied to me ‘Do you know how much time we spend getting an accurate picture of FBA?’ Oh my goodness, this is incredible.

Due to the difficulties to understand the reports that FBA provided, we wasted time to learn what means what, where is our inventory when not acknowledged as received or when inventory was shipped (internally) between FBA warehouses. For each monthly closure this was a repeat offender. When I needed to assess and report the issue, it took two of us (2-3) days to gain an understanding, to present to top management the issue, and still not have any confidence reporting an accurate inventory number on a monthly basis.

“We had purchased another inventory management system (Fishbowl) prior to Finale and we struggled to get it implemented for an embarrassingly long time. Everybody in the organization that touched it, hated it… and eventually I decided to abandon it and start my search over.
